everyone had a wonderful holiday. We took a trip to
my Dad's house and had a great time. The most fun I
think we had was playing an old game of Aggravation.

posted sales of 1.4 billion plus on Friday.

So
what does that mean for you? I think everyone on the
net will see an increase of sales. I also think since
the shopping season has been shortened a bit, there
will be tons of folks looking for last minute gifts.
So make sure you have some last minute items - think
gift certificates, express shipping etc.

- told you we would have a new look this past weekend...
well it didn't happen. We had lots of sales last week,
so we didn't have a chance to work on our own stuff...
if there were only more hours in the day. So hopefully
this weekend (Dec 7), we'll have the new look live,
along with some big discounts.

month we're going to take you step by step on writing
a business plan. This week we'll be gathering the information
we need, part 2 and 3 we'll be writing the plan itself.
Writing the business plan will also help you to create
some goals for your business for 2003.

This week work gather information for the following.

Tax returns
- A list of ten competitors
- Think about why / how you started your business
- What are your products - how much will you pay for
them, and how much will you sell them for.
- Think about your ideal customer.
- What makes your product or service different. How
will stand out above the competition.
- Will you have employees, if so what will be their
function, labor costs.
- What will be your startup budget, operating budget.
- Where's the money coming from.
