We
did get a chance to 'finally', get rid of the Summer
items on the site. I can't believe it either, only a
few months late. Now we'll be working on changing all
the newsletter archives and pages to match the index
page.
One
other thing we did is to create some more options for
our I Need Links site. Our custom promotion plan has
a linking program, many people have asked about getting
that aspect of the promotion package, without ordering
the complete plan... so now you can.

All
things are created twice. There's a mental or first
creation, and a physical or second creation of all things.
You have to make sure that the blueprint, the first
creation, is really what you want, that you've thought
everything through. Then you put it into bricks and
mortar. Each day you go to the construction shed and
pull out the blueprint to get marching orders for the
day. You begin with the end in mind. Author: Stephen
Covey

at is the Beverage / Shave Ice plan, so if you would
like to follow along, click on that link.
On
the left hand side of the page you'll see the navigation
bar for the plan. We'll be starting by discussing the
Executive Summary and the Company summary.
1.0
Executive Summary
The executive summary, is just that... a summary of
what your business is going to do.
Paragraph
1 - what is your business, and why will it do well.
Para 2-4 - explains a bit more about your business /
history / definitions.
Para 5 - Where will your business be located and what
will you sell.
Highlights
are just that - income projections for your business.
Business
plan resource - Here is a nice article on income projections.
